Weekend Fun

Brantley is ready to give up his life jacket! We went to the indoor pool at the beach leisure centre, and Brantley was swimming underwater without his life jacket. Brady is making big improvements at the pool too. We all went down the big waterslides, and Brady ended up loving it. The boys were tired after the day at the pool, so I think the babysitter had an easier time. Stephen and I checked out Malmaison, a swanky restaurant, before heading over to an engagement party.

Today we headed north to the Macduff Marine Aquarium.

This was the central exhibt with a living kelp reef. The boys love to see fish, so it was worth the drive. It wouldn't have been that exciting, but we happened to pick a day when the divers got inside the tank and hand feed the fish.


The boys were quiet and actually watched the divers feed the fish.



Stephen and Brady next to the Moray Firth, Scotland's largest bay. The aquarium was right next to the water. The best part for the boys seemed to be the fishing poles they picked out at the gift shop. You can see Stephen holding the beloved fishing poles.
