When it snows, it snows!

These pictures aren't even from today, so the snow is even deeper now! Brantley loves taking pictures now, so I couldn't find the camera today.

We have a snow person in our chair.

My big boys sitting together.

Brantley in charge of the camera. He took this picture of Brady.

Our first Scottish ceilidh where they do traditional Scottish dancing and eat stovies, a roast and potato dish all mixed together. The night was a fundraiser for our neighbor's playgroup. Steve bid on a Jamieson and Carry silver bracelet, and I am now the proud owner of my first piece of jewelry bought in Scotland.

The dancing and the entire night reminded me of a Schulenberg wedding. The dancing reminded me of a grand march done at a Czech wedding.

We celebrated Thanksgiving with the Richards and the Woods on Saturday. After a wonderful Thanksgiving lunch hosted by the Richards, we had some fun in the snow.

The boys loved sledding or sledging as they call it here.

Friday - The start of the continuous snow. I am ready to face the snow and drive to Mom and Tots. I might have more decent pictures to post now that Brantley has become a professional photographer. I might also be able to keep up with my camera once he gets his own camera for Christmas.

This is when we could still get down the street in our cars.

The boys love to make "nests" on the stairs and under the kitchen table. A nest is a pile of their toys, pillows, and blankets.

A day shopping trip to Glasgow with Brantley's school.

A girls' night out with Mom and Tots.

We continue to enjoy our adventure here in Scotland, but we also look forward to going home to Houston for Christmas and seeing our family. My dad's birthday was on Sunday. Happy Birthday Papa! We look forward to seeing you soon.
